Set in Montreal on March 20, 2014, a team of out-of-town film-makers and reporters arrive in Quebec to investigate fearful projects by the Quebec regime which risk unsettling the fragile balance between the political forces of the Northern hemisphere. Their inquiries and reporting lead them to the unexpected discovery of Operation Lamda which uncovers the real threats of the crisis about to unfold.
