This project is about detecting forgotten or neglected perspective by chance. Depending on the viewer’s interpretation, it might be a pleasant surprise or just a playful experience. The irregularity of the process of observing an invisible animation reminds us how the authenticity of our perception in historical and cultural issues is dependent on collective collaboration, and how our understanding can be limited to our point of view.

The video shows the installation as it was presented at the MAI (Montréal, arts interculturels) from May 12 to 20, 2017. The image appears according to the position, movement and number of spectators.
