Hervé Misserey was born in France in 1966 and has been living in Montreal since 1989. He has the energy of someone who has plied a hundred and one trades and travelled extensively. Full of curiosity, courage and a touch of madness, all his experiences are linked by a particular interest in the other, in places and stories. This is certainly what motivated him to undertake his first feature-length documentary, Don Raoul.
