Marc-André Lefebvre
Marc-André Lefebvre was born in Montreal, he traveled from the Yukon to Chiapas and did eco-activism with SOS Levasseur coalition and Libère-Terre. Has been a fruit picker, tree planter, christmas tree seller, bill poster, bicycle courier, a puppeteer and musician. He studied cinema and television. He then became a documentary director in collaboration with contemporary artists in visual arts, dance, theater, music and circus arts. Also worked as a video editor, colorist and cinematographer on various fiction and documentary projects. He directed Joy Beasts in 2021 and Henriette Valium is Dead – Long Live Henriette Valium in 2022.
