Christian Langlois has been working in media arts (video and installation) since 1984. He is the recipient of grants from the Canada Council for the Arts and the Ministère des Affaires culturelles du Québec. He has directed several art videos which were shown in Canada and Europe : Virtuel, Le sale à manger, La caverne d’Érika, Stations, 14 stations and Si tu es sage on ira voir la guerre. He has also worked as a director at MusiquePlus (French-language MTV) since 1989, where he currently occupies the functions of televisual designer). He has also directed several television programs : Vidéogala MusiquePlus 92, Rétro 90, Rétro 91 and Top 500 Profil de la décennie.
