Marie-Anne Giroux orients her artistic gait towards dance and is currently involved in choreographic art of different disciplines. After completing her BFA at Concordia University in 1989, she collaborated in a number of works for the stage, an environmental performance and work in video and dance for the Marta Marta dance company. Sylvain Delisle, Anne-Marie Giroux, Roland Goguen and Marlene Millar founded the non-profit organization les productions à rebours in 1991. The company is a coming together of four independent choreographers in order to promote the creation of various artistic projects for the stage, cinema and video.
