Jackie Gallant began her musical career as a drummer playing in several Montreal rock groups. She has since turned her attention to the creation of soundtracks for film, video and dance. She currently plays drums for Montreal bands Fidget and Hamgnaw and guitar for Margarine while continuing her lifelong quest to write the perfect pop song. In 2003, she directed with Nikki Forrest the video Drift.
