Victor Aguilar has worked as co-ordinator for the Bureau d'information du Salvador of Montreal and as the director for the Canadian Bureau of Information on El Salvador. In 1990, he produced Febe Elilzabeth Vive, about the El Salvadoran people's efforts toward democracy, justice and liberty.
