Chambellan Chambellan

A documentary on a Haitian village where isolation, poverty and malnutrition have taken their toll. A Montreal organization, Aide à l'Enfance, implemented a program in this region to help these people regain hope. By building a community centre, helping with agriculture, developing a proper drinking water system, expanding education and providing musical intruments, these villagers have regained their autonomy and their sense of pride.
