Ignore and Know
I tried to trace a brief history of fascination, enumerating the nodal points in the evolution of the strange and surprising, but in the literature of fantastic science, the milestones, although they are accurately described, do not allow organizing a plot of causality. Each thing seems to emerge from a different place, Tuesday June 24, 1969, 2pm, cerro Uritorco, Córdoba, Argentina; January 28, 1975, 2:12 pm, Hinwil, canton of Zurich, Switzerland. I cannot find out if the flying saucers that came before are earlier or later in their model than those that were seen later, if that remote place from which they come so little resembles ours that in its infinite darkness it is impossible to recognize any kind of order. Between words and things, a gradient of blurred uncertainty, made up of millions of entities that wish to belong to this known world, they all exist, but are held back at the entrance by an ancestral anguish.
