The video explores the microcosmos of intimate human relations. It depicts scenes of domestic environments that are full of suggestions and expectations. Time is expanding in those tense situations between people where something is about to happen. The alternation of closeness and distance between people is transposed onto the viewer, making him feel intimately close (as being part of) and at the same time excluded from the scene. The friction of motion and standstill pulls in and hypnotizes.
