Metroscopy no 2

Metroscopy no 2 is a videographic exploration of the Montreal subway in the context of a pandemic; on-the-fly filming made possible thanks to the discretion of a smart phone and the anonymity provided by the mandatory mask. With the play of parallaxes fragmented into a cubist checkerboard, we come and go, from tunnels to stations, from a familiar place to plastic universes, in search of happy coincidences. On this improbable green line, from Beaudry to Jolicoeur, we witness the carousel of cubic moments, with brutalist accents, in period colors with works that have marked our imaginations and continue to punctuate our daily lives.
