Myopia

The video Myopia shows a scenario of 5 people in one room. The camera is continuously in motion, the image is extremely blurred. The space is recognizable by vague shapes of lush colours. Five people are meeting in one room, slowly moving around and interacting with each other. The sound of people's movements and actions is particularly crisp and clear. By blurring the image I am depriving the viewer from important visual information. The blurring distorts people's bodies continuously like a viscous weightless mass. Visually they seem to melt into the surrounding or into each other to form extensive shapes that dissolve as quickly as they were formed.
