Using video images taken in 1999-2000, Chantal duPont revisits a difficult past, twirling it about to catch a glimpse of a future she takes charge of. She borrows Pascal Quignard's definition of karma in his book Les Ombres errantes : all the dreams, words, actions and intentions that weave our future body. The sanskrit word karma means this weaving of actions without meaning. This video is part of the video-collage FemLink on the theme of "Fragility".

All the dreams, words, actions and intentions weave the body to come. The Sanskrit word karma signifies this tissue, which is this work of actions without accepting their meaning.
