Document-report about the history of the mobile homes which are fatefully linked to the temporary villages built close to the large-scale building site and local industries. From the study of three villages serving as examples, the ghost village of Val-Jalbert at Lake St-Jean, or the building site Outarde 3, Outarde 4 and Manik 3, whose houses will be relocalized after their closure, this document tells the story of villages that have disappeared. Their disappearance corresponds to social, political and economical factors, while people testify to their personal experience and describe life in a caravan.
