Grève Campbell
This video was produced during the Campbell mine strike that erupted on December 18, 1971. Workers and members of various strike committees give their own accounts of the strike. The workers’ main demands concern sick leave, rotation work, and the treatment of silicosis. The video describes the workers material difficulties during the strike, and their support among the general population.
