This is definetely unedited stock. The video is nevertheless interesting because it talks about an important strike held by all the forestry workers in Québec. The video was taped during a large assembly in Montréal, most likely at the Cégep du Vieux-Montréal. The assembly is a party and a show, where we can see Yvon Deschamps, Paul Piché, Gilles Vigneault and Claude Gauthier. We also see a number of interviews with the demonstrators that explain the demands of the strike, which at that time was already into its 9th month. In spite of the lack of editing, the information is enough to trace the main events of the strike.
