La maudite école

A documentary featuring interviews with students, teachers and counsellors concerning the Curé Antoine-Labelle de Laval High School. A number of topics are explored, including drug use by students at the school, the general sense of dehumanization students feel within society and in regards to their education, the poor quality of instruction prevalent at the school which only exacerbates the above problems, and the oppressive bureacratic nature of the school within the hands of the administration. A counsellor explains how this generation wants to escape control to live an autonomous and private life. He provides a refreshing point of view.
