This video is an excerpt from a 2009 installation of sixteen video portraits filmed in front of television sets, evident through the reflected flickering light. This short excerpt shows nine of the portraits in which the state of watching creates neutral expressions that then open to towards physical reactions; crying, laughing, falling asleep, sweating and nosebleeds become the visible and visceral responses seemingly caused by a dislocated source.
