There are communication problems in the native community of Pikogan near Amos. One person explains why at the meeting people are reluctant to speak and suggests that they should have a dynamic leader and a selected team for a better organization. For another, the problem remains essentially between natives and whites, who don't understand each other, suggesting that natives suffer from acculturation and loss of their own language which is not taught at boarding school. There is a need for a restructuring of the school and its curriculum in accordance with the needs of the community.
