A space somewhere between delirium and reality? André the First proclaims himself Pope of the Universal Church and the commander of a city in space. This video returns constantly to the particular reality inherent in raving speech, showing us how its production is intimately linked to specific moments in André’s past. This video tackles the `crazy` person with warm intentions, complicity, and respect, ultimately viewing him as "a specialist of his own experience". After Née Cadieux, n’est qu’à Dieu (1982), Michaud and Turgeon present this video, another look into the mind of one detached from reality.
