Silent Tapes: Maria
Nine Silent tapes, each between four and eight minutes long, intended to be screened on a loop in late night establishments. The first three videos are portraits of women. Maria is eating in front of the television when a hand engulfed in flames appears and burns her meal. Daily routine is interrupted by danger and desire.
