An extremely sensual ballet evolving from Bizet's famous music and choreography by Trisha Brown. Rigorous and meticulous editing alternates between the two dancers practicing and the choreographer, Trisha Brown, dressed as Carmen. In the final sequence the choreographer reproduces the dancer's movements until the dancer emerges from Brown's shadow.
