Roulis, Roulottes
Typically North American, life in a mobile home or caravan becomes a fact of society and an economical reality which are described here by the residents, the owners and the director of the park «Le Marquis» in St-Hubert, a suburb of Montreal. The residents are talking about the services offered, the cost of rent and taxes, which is too expensive according to them, and about the claims they judge as justified when they criticize the commercial and non co-operative aspect of the park. They also give an explanation of this type of peripheral and modular organization, a kind of self-sufficient and autocratic city.
