Because I Know and You Don't
Because I Know... and You Don't is a satire on the nature of religious television programming and its manipulation of the medium. It's an exciting video because it reminds us of how liberating the TV medium can be when it is used creatively and simply. One young man stands above the rest on a platform, black book in hand, directing the camera and audience in their response to his preaching. The actual lecture is replaced by a description of it (I've just said a great truth, I've just said something funny) and his mimicking of the appropriate gestures.
