Twenty years in the history of independent video at Videographe from its inception in 1971 until today. Vidéographe, the originator of video practice in Quebec, remains today the principal access centre and largest video image bank in the country. Vidéographe is a meeting place for the variety of groups, tendencies, movements and individuals with which it has been involved, in both production and in distribution and public access.
