What is meant to be will be. In 16 short scenes, we observe the rupturing of affective agreements : 16 women who are by turns hysterical, stupid, adulterous, unhappy or very professional decide against renewing Henri’s lease. Don’t worry! It’s all in the name of fun.

"Henri (1994), a video work, sees the artist repeating several times a declaration of love addressed to a fictitious person. The impression of a painful birth of will, even if the tone here is tragi-comic. The words of the declaration are not fixed, we don’t even grasp the person’s identity. It remains the ferment of misfortune (large, small, it doesn’t matter: misfortune, in any case)".
