Méditerranée atlantique attempts to transmit a country and territorial experience which the authors experienced during a crossing by foot of the Pyrénées mountain range in France from its Mediterranean coast to the Atlantic. It evokes a metaphoric vision of the mountain as a natural, geographic, mythic and spiritual entity. It proposes a fictional and subjective topography based upon a mapped territory, a videographic and auditive representation of the surveyed landscapes which have been observed and contemplated, and the verbal evocation of the interior perception of this experience. In three parts : Pyrénées, Mediterranean and the Atlantic.
