Manipulation of the temporal and pictoral qualities of the recorded image reduces its potential for representation on a conscious level. Inspired by the poem A Blind Man by Jorge Luis Borges, this video presents images as textures and surfaces reflecting the two-dimensional quality of the video screen and suggesting how a blind person might perceive the world.
