A video filmed in Chili when Salvadore Allende's government was in power. It is an interesting document investigating the agitation of the country before the 1973 coup d'état when the working class unite and take charge of manufacturing plants, land and agriculture. This video attempts to destroy the bourgeois myth which suggests that workers are incapable of initiative and organization. We witness the profound transformation and political action of the Chilian people. It is first and foremost a documentary on work and social consciousness.
