Ça fait pas partie d'la job! : document sur le harcèlement sexuel au travail

Just a few years ago, nobody talked about it; but now, women have had enough. Sexual harassment isn't part of the job description. The Support and Information Group on Sexual Harassment at Work was organized to bring down the wall of silence that surrounds the problem. The video shows the Group in action: women who have been victims of sexual harassment finding the support they need; women exploring legal or alternative strategies to help their case. Obviously, solidarity among women is very important; this is emphasized during the information sessions, at the odd picketing in front of businesses, and in the Group's collective approach to solutions.
