A history of the struggle by the tenants in the St-Louis district to save dwellings that were slated to be torn down and replaced with a school. This is also a how-to video that, through a concrete example, encourages tenants to take charge of their own interests. The fight is hard between the tenants and the municipality, they have the feeling they have been manipulated.
