This documentary examines the tavern as the masculine space «par excellence». We must remember that there was a time when no women were allowed into these places. Patrick Straram (the Enchanted Bison), Patricia Nolin and Gaston Miron share their points of view on the subject. Patrick Straram and Gaston Miron are against taverns, while Patricia Nolin is for them. We also meet some of the clients, and a housewife who would prefer to see her husband in a tavern than with other women...
