The sky breathes, the wedding party burns. At a table, men and women prepare themselves and primp; words overlap and offend and some of the guests get worked up. The time arises for the over-indulgent, those seen drinking to excess, to vomit. The guests wipe their hands and search for napkins. Space expands and many seek out new directions. When it’s time to dance, everyone searches blindly for a partner, like so many insects tangled up in space. Some gravitate towards each other with affection while others remain cold and wary.
